BIRTHS BY NON MARRIED WOMEN The birth rate among unmarried women is up 16% since 2002, and the rate has more than doubled since 1975. It is true that some of these women do in fact have a cohabitant relationship with a man. This may be indicative of an increasing dissolution among men and perhaps women for marriage and given the climate of forces pushing men and women apart and the amount of risk heavily weighted against men if the marriage does not work, this may be a good thing for men in order to protect ourselves. Though it must be remembered that the state will force marriage upon you(See Common Law Marriage). Women initiate 2/3 of all divorces. With the advent of "no fault divorce" women can get resource provision from men outside of marriage she can get away from him and fulfill the cultural expectation and paradigm of the "independent woman" "what's in it for me" rather than mutual sacrifice and devotion seems to be the idea. This scenario is promoted by feminists and is instrumental in conditioning boys toward submission to sole female authority at home and while raised at school. To the feminist, the absence of a male is paramount.
Divorce is actually profitable for women and the divorce industry that has sprung up around it and subsidizes a life style by alimony with male provision of not just a median standard of living but payment is based on what type of lifestyle he can provide as well as future resource potential. My brother was informed upon loosing his job and deciding to return to school that he is not allowed, that he must provide his wife of several years ago with his money or he will be thrown into debtors prison, he must keep producing for her. Government has responded with government husbandry, funds, services and support to provide for single mothers as well. It is taught that when you hit hard times and bumpy roads, move on and the man and government will support you. There is nothing to loose and everything to gain. (See Wall Street wives leave but money is men's saving grace) Hilary Clinton is very concerned with the consequences of our social change and has stated we are very close to a "critical mass" in dissolved families.

----AGE AT FIRST MARRIAGE: I BELIEVE IN FACT THAT CULTURAL EXPECTATIONS OF WOMEN NOT TO PURSUE MARRIAGE AND MOTHERHOOD AND MORE SPECIFICALLY FOR WOMEN TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION AND CAREER HAS RESULTED IN RISING AGE OF FIRST MARRIAGE. I DO BELIEVE IT SUGGESTS THE IDEA OF NOT NEEDING OR INDEED WANTING A MAN AND A FAMILY AND TO THE HIGHER PURPOSE OF WHAT WAS TAUGHT TO WOMEN AS "SELF FULFILLMENT" AND "INDEPENDENCE" THE BATTLE CRY "I DON'T NEED A MAN" RESONATED THROUGHOUT AMERICAN CULTURE AND IN THE HEARTS OF MEN. EDUCATION AND THE CONTRIBUTION OF WOMEN IN OUR LARGER SOCIAL FABRIC AND SOCIETY HAS BEEN A GOOD THING AT THE SAME TIME. THESE STATISTICS AND MY BLOG IS AN ATTEMPT TO SHOW THE COST OF SUCH A BENEFIT ALONG WITH THE COST OF AN ANTI-MALE ATTITUDE. EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON CAREER, PRODUCTION, INDUSTRY AND THE LACK OF NEED OR WANT OF MEN OR FAMILY TO ACCOMPLISH THESE ENDS.

YOU CAN SEE THE ABHORRENT SPIKE IN DIVORCE WHEN THE FEMINIST ERA BEGAN BUT WE CAN NOT ASSUME THIS IS THE ONLY CULTURAL FACTOR. I DO BELIEVE THAT THE VIOLENT CHANGE IN DIVORCE RATES SUGGEST A VIOLENT CAUSATIONAL ACTION WITHIN OUR CULTURE. BY LOOKING AT ALL OF THESE GRAPHS ONE CAN SEE THAT IT IS NOT JUST DIVORCE RATES THAT ABRUPTLY CHANGED STARTING WITH SECOND WAVE FEMINISM. IT IS QUITE CLEAR TO ME WHAT THE CAUSE IS. WHAT DO YOU THINK IT MIGHT BE?

WHILE DIVORCE RATES ROSE, MARRIAGE RATES DECLINED AT THE SAME TIME. TO ME THIS SUGGESTS MEN AND WOMEN WERE PUSHED IN OPPOSITION AT BOTH ENDS OF THE SPECTRUM. REPULSION IN DIVORCE AND ATTRACTION IN MARRIAGE. THESE STATISTICS COINCIDE WITH THE FEMINIST ERA. THIS COMPOUNDED REPULSION HAS AND CONTINUES TO PUSH MEN AND WOMEN FURTHER AND FURTHER APART. DIVORCE IS IN FACT THE NORM. MEN AND WOMEN INCREASINGLY FORM LOOSE KNIT BONDS UNDER THIS EVER EVOLVING ANDROGYNOUS MIXED GENDER ROLE CONSTRUCT AND BREAK AWAY LEAVING MEN IN AN UNEQUAL POSITION IN TERMS OF PATERNITY RIGHTS AS WELL AS CONTINUATION OF "TRADITIONAL" FINANCIAL OBLIGATION WHILE ISOLATED, ALONE AND UNABLE TO SEE THEIR CHILDREN. Men and Men's Rights seems to take the stance that marriage is currently and increasingly unfavourable to men, particularly the financial and personal health consequences of divorce. Father's rights advocates claim that there is a continuing societal bias favoring women as custodial parents in the face of "no-fault" divorce laws and is unjust to men when marriages fail. Some claim that this leads to men avoiding marriage, calling this observed increasing activity among men as the "marriage strike". It is viewed and experienced by many that men are withdrawing from commitment to women in both in marriage and courtship behavior. As 2/3 of all divorces are initiated by women at a no loss incentive given to women by government mandates and promising lawyers, marriage to men is not only a risky and bad business decision financially but of grave consequence to his emotional health and wellbeing and that of potential children.

I have received emails by feminists stating that my blog is nothing but misogynist "rant" Please understand that I love women very much and am not against women doing what they want to do. My purpose is to expose the costs of these choices women have made and are encouraged to make by education in our schools and society. I want to expose the results their choices have had in our society and the systemic subsidization to create these costs enacted by feminists lobbyists and activists. To bring about awareness and create a dialog to resolve these issues. This is not a man's problem or woman's problem this is everyones problem and we are obligated to solve these issues.
