THIS MAN IS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE RISE OF MEN'S RIGHTS AND HIS BOOK IS REQUIRED READING FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TRYING SO HARD TO EXPRESS ON THIS ENTIRE BLOG. HOWEVER HE DOES SEEM TO LEAN ON THE ASSUMTION OF SOCIETY AND GENDER ROLE BEING A SOCIAL CONSTRUCT WHICH I DISAGREE WITH. I DO HOWEVER THINK HE HAS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB ILLUSTRATING THAT FEMINISM DEALS IN HALF TRUTHS AND THAT MEN ARE AS MUCH IF NOT MORE IN SERVITUDE TO WOMAN. THAT MEN ARE IN GREAT PAIN AND IN RESENTMENT TOWARD WOMEN AND ARE SILENTLY WITHDRAWING INTO OUR ONLY SOURCE OF POWER, TO AVOID COMMITMENT AND WOMEN.

It's true and the sad part about it men are in pain but my question is,Is it a women or a woman's fault. I'm an Afircan-American woman and I look at the Penal system too many of them are in jail so please explain to me really what's going on, what's really on thier mind because men have a problem of expressing how they feel please help me.. agression, hostility, mad at the world why??? women or feminisims it's all really a cop out
In the case of black men, many black people suffer from economic hardship and poverty and cultural demise. Black people in America will take time to rebuild their culture while being torn by the need to become apart of the "white man's" culture (this has actually set them back as they must do this). Black men in many regards have felt helpless. In many cases they are unable to compete in an equal competitive echelon within the rest of society due to educational limitations and ways of speech that are indicative of the horrible environment they were subjected to under slavery. Crime is directly associated with poverty. Black men commit crime to acquire resources the best they can, and know how given their situation. As much as I hate affirmative action we must help the black population any way we can. Blacks must indeed see that joining the "white mans" world is really simply joining the American world. Many blacks refer to this as "acting white" or "wishing you were white" or "Uncle Tom". Again blacks struggle with their resentment of what slavery has done to them and see elements of proper speech and even education as joining the "white man's" system. Over time the black man will recover and join the ranks of our competitive echelon of male male competition in all aspects of American society, this will take time. The black people are pulling themselves up from rock bottom and asked to join the system that has hurt them. Many blacks have a deep mistrust of this system and rightly so. They are reluctant to join it, yet they must. The black man is proud and strong but has been subject to great hardship and humiliation to what he is meant to do and wants to do as a man. The black man is angry. He must fight to join us all.
