Women already implemented "comparable worth" wage redistribution in Canada. They said that construction work was just as hard as maid work and had to be paid the same. The men quit their construction jobs to become maids.
It was a disaster and had to be repealed. Canadian women also forced employers to count every penny in wages and disclose them.

I was for this passing, it would have been the best thing in the world to get rid of women in the workplace. No company that had any intention of lasting more than a few years would ever hire a woman again. Bummer that it failed.
They would still hire women. You don't want to cut out that much of the labor pool. What they would do however is mitigate the risk that women pose by outsourcing them.
They would also communize the wages in the company itself for those the do actually hire and bring into their core infrastructure.
They would severely limitt if not anialate individual incentive to produce by way of raises etc. This would cripple the free market severely. I imagine companies would have a core infrastructure that they paid the same but paid well. The rest would be under the roof of the contract and temp companies. The resulting monopoly on the outsourced labor pool will drive down that labor classes wages i.e. women mainly as they are a large liability to any business.
Essentially it will communize and slightly raise wages for a businesses core infrastructure but drive the wages of the working class or lower echelon down. It would most certainly stratify and monopolize the lower labor class. Essentially it will make the labor class a class divided and thus drive down wages.
This bill was not about women at all. It is actually good for business. I'm surprised it didn't pass.

Then you obviously haven't heard about the Ukrainian political group "Femen". Yup, they're feminists of the bra-burning 1970's "all men are pigs" school. They get it wrong,like everything other countries get from us 20 or 30 years later,but that's obviously what they're trying to be.
The way to go is an Asian majority- muslim country, combines the best of both worlds.
I've heard of Femen but it is only a group of 300 college girls who mud fight, show their tits and attract a bunch of men around them.
It is not a serious feminist group with any political agency. The word is that you can find good women from the Ukraine. The problem is that feminists have also made laws which grant them citizenship if they accuse the man of violence.
Increasingly men are willing to leave the country which goes to show you the lengths some are willing to go to escape our female dominated feminist culture. You can't run far enough from American women or the prospect of fatherhood here in the U.S.
Some men are going to Mexico and others to parts of Indonesia, Singapore etc. It is said that men can have families there and that they can even be fathers. I've met several men at the local gym who have wives from these areas. You have to be careful if you do that though. Our feminist women have passed some pretty desperate laws to stop men from escaping them.
The best thing to do if you stay here is to not marry for one thing. Men are not allowed to have children in the United States.
The laws have dictated in actuality or by judicial practice that children are women's property both pre and post conception and this means after divorce. Cohabitation has shot through the roof ever since women passed laws such as no fault divorce and no fault entitlement to men's money outside of marriage. So has the single woman birth rate which is now 42% of all births.
I'm not sure what the answer is other than to withdraw or leave the country. There is not much left here for men as far as a wife, family and children are concerned. Men are not part of the matriarchal American family. I guess that's why marriage has been on a precipitous decline ever since women began the feminist assault.
We are separate socio-political and socio-economic classes now. Even the laws and representation in government is increasingly polarized and secular by gender. Socially, politically and economically women are our competition and adversaries. It really is very sad.
